RETURN / REFUND
POLICY
Effective March 01, 2010
Our
top priority is customer satisfaction and we will make every effort
to see that you are satisfied
with your purchase and receive your item(s) in great
condition.
For Music
CD’s:
All Sales are Final for all item(s) purchased online, by phone
order, mail order or in person upon delivery of product and
completion of the payment transaction beyond the exceptions stated
below.
Any Returns or Refunds for item(s) must be requested within 14 days
of receipt of the item(s).
Refunds will
be processed following these procedures:
1) After the damaged/defective item(s) has been returned and
received by our office.
2) Inquiry by our office confirms that the item(s) failed to reach
the address
to which it was shipped.
Our item(s)
are not returnable unless:
A.) The item(s) packaging has been damaged during the shipping
process only.
If the item(s) packaging has been damaged during shipping, do not
remove shrink-wrap.
Items may be removed from their shipping boxes for inspection but
not unwrapped from shrink-wrap.
Damaged item(s) removed from shrink-wrap are not returnable or
refundable.
You may be required to return damaged item(s) to home office. (We
pay shipping costs.)
In order to start the return process you will need to call the
office to receive a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
B.) If the Music Disc is defective.
If the Music Disc is defective we will send a replacement Music
Disc to you without original packaging.
We will require that you return the defective music disc to our
office at our expense.
This will allow us to trace production issues with the maker of our
discs.
C.) If you have special circumstances. In this case, you will need
to call us @ (805) 672-1043 for Return Authorization.
If a return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
You may be responsible for the shipping costs of returning item(s)
to point of sale in this circumstance.
Do not return any
item(s) unless you call the office and have been given a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Item(s) returned
without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be
granted a refund.
If your item is approved for Return / Refund, you will receive
return shipping instructions.
Your refund will be returned by the same method of payment upon
sale of the order.
Cash or Checks will never be exchanged for Credit Card
purchases.
There is no
restocking fee.
